Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Fateh for Seniors, we value your time and the dedication of our healthcare professionals. To ensure fairness and efficiency, we request that you carefully review our cancellation and refund terms for doctor consultations:

1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled consultation are eligible for a full refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

2. Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.

3. No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior cancellation, it will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be provided.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In special cases such as medical emergencies or unforeseen events, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Supporting documentation (e.g., medical certificate) may be required for consideration.
